ORDER:

            In the G.O. first read above, Government have constituted a Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions under the Chairmanship of  Justice Sri G. Radhakrishna Rao, Retired Judge of High  Court of Andhra Pradesh and nine other as Members.

2.         In the reference third read above,  Justice Sri g. Radhakrishna Rao,  Chairman, Selection Committee has sent his resignation as Chairman, Selection Committee for Paramedical Institutions and  requested to relieve him of  the duties as the chairman, Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions immediately.

3.         Government after careful consideration of the matter have decided to accept his resignation and accordingly, Government hereby accept the resignation of Sri G. Radhakrishna Rao, Retired Judge of High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Chairman, Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions and  relieved of his duties with immediate effect.  The Government also hereby disband the  Selection  Committee for  Para Medical Institutions  with immediate effect.

4.         The  Chairman, Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions is requested to arrange to handover  the records and other material/ accounts  to  the  Director of Medical Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad immediately.

5.         The Chairman, Selection Committee for Para Medical Institutions, will take further action in the matter accordingly.
